Bait

The basic concern of all fish is cover and food. The food can be almost anything from various aquatic or terrestrial animals to plants or other species of fish (including their own species). Over the years one of the more successful methods to catch fish was to use live baits or prepared bait to catch fish. Both still remain as favorite methods to use today by many angelers. Always use fresh, spunky offerings when live bait fishing. When buying bait, make sure they look lively. Nightcrawlers and leeches should be firm and replaced frequently. When fishing keep them out of the sun.
