About Us

Development of U.N.I.T.Y is a Non-Profit Organization located in Augusta, Ga. Development of U.N.I.T.Y was founded by Stanley

Walker. Mr. Walker had a vision to start an organization that well help under privileged and neglected children in the CSRA and

surrounding cities. With the help of others, Mr. Walker vision has finally taken off. D.O.U has put a positive impact on our community

for the past year. Our goal is to help the kids of today, become better people for tomorrow.

D.O.U needs your help to bring new and innovative ideas to our communities. So to kick off our year with a bang we will be having

a block party at the Woodlake Park on April 2, 2011 from Noon – 6pm. The name of this glorious event is called “From the hood to

my home.” This is an Anti-Gang, Violence and Burglary event.

The local news and radio stations will be attending this event along with the commissioners and other positive role models of the

CSRA. Come out and show your support. Your support is greatly needed. Together we can turn our streets into a safe and healthy

environment for our families.
